Will I have to run or do burpees?
Not unless you want to. My goal is to help you become more active in a way that suits your body, lifestyle, and preferences. Together, we’ll build a fitness routine that feels achievable, sustainable, and tailored to you.
How will I know what to do?
If we meet in person, I will coach you through movement patterns and help you move safely.
If you sign up for online coaching, you will be able to watch videos of movement standards to help you understand how to complete movements. You can also ask questions by text or through our monthly phone call, when I can show you what to do.
Will you put me on a strict diet?
Nope. I don’t do diets—I do education, encouragement, and real-life solutions. I’ll help you understand how food works for your body and support you in making choices that feel good, fuel your goals, and fit your lifestyle.
How hard will sessions be?
Each programme is tailored to your current fitness level, so we start where you are—not where you think you should be. As you build strength and confidence, the intensity will increase gradually to keep you progressing safely and effectively. Expect to be challenged, but always within your capacity.
How committed do I have to be?
To get the most out of your training, commitment is key. That means showing up, engaging fully, and being open to change. If you're ready to prioritise your health and wellbeing—and willing to carve out time for yourself—you’re already on the right track. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
